Halloween is probably my favorite holiday. I love everything about it, especially zombies. I've noticed recently zombies have become quite popular, probably due to shows like The Walking Dead, and I decided I do some zombie inspired nails.
I realize these are kind of gross and may not be practical for everyday wear, but I love them. And it's October, so I say who cares?
I used a China Glaze Matte Magic top coat to add to the rotting undead zombie flesh.

ReplyDeleteI'm actually thinking about doing a tutorial for these nails sometime soon but I'll try to explain it now, hopefully it makes sense :)
DeleteI painted my nails black and using a striper brush, I quickly brushed the green color on, making some parts more opaque than others. Then I added some black in some places and added red near the top and bottom of the nail using a striper brush. When it dried I added a matte topcoat.
These turned out awesome I love the matte topcoat it totally pulls everything together!!
