For today's nail art, I have a review of mustache charms from the Born Pretty Store! I've had these for a pretty long time, but was waiting to use them specifically for Movember. If you don't know what Movember is, feel free to click this link and read about it :) Essentially men grow mustaches to raise awareness for mens health.
For this manicure, I knew I wanted to do some sort of fall plaid and place a mustache on top. It wasn't until I saw Wondrously Polished's plaid nails posted on her Instagram today that I knew what color combination I wanted to use.
I used Revlon Buttercup as a base and used a medium length striper brush to paint vertical and horizontal lines using Julep Otte, Zoya Darcy, and China Glaze White On White.
After I let all of that dry, I used nail glue to apply the mustache charm.
I really like this charms, they stick out a little bit more than I thought I'd like, but it's really not too bad.
The Born Pretty Store sells these charms in sets of 10 for $3.99. As always, use the code NHL91 for 10% off your purchase :)
*This product was sent to me for review. All of the above statements are my own honest opinions.
