Tardis Cake (NPR)

Some of you might be wondering where I was this past week.

I was really hoping I'd get an opportunity to post, and take part in The Lacquer Legion, but I just didn't have time to and here's why!

I was asked to make a Tardis cake for my boyfriend's cousin's husband's 30th birthday! (Did you follow that? haha)

I just took a few shots with my iPhone (pretty poor quality) and thought I'd show you all incase you were ever curious about what I do when I'm not painting my nails.

This is just an in progress shot of how it looked before I decorated it (I ended up removing the cardboard from the top).

And here's a photo of it from my instagram at the party. It was a lot of fun to  make and cake out a lot better than I expected since I haven't decorated a cake –– with fondant –– in a long while.

I hope to have something awesome, and nail related, for you all this week! Have a wonderful day :)
