31DC2014: Day 05 - Blue

Well it's Day 5 and I'm already a day behind... it's okay though, I plan to be back on track by the end of the day. Last night after work, I went to go see my brother's first football game of his senior year in high school. They won 37-0! :D

For blue, I decided to go with blue jean nails, which made me have Tiny Dancer stuck in my head all day yesterday. It was actually funny, because as soon as I got in the car to rive to the game, it came on the radio... how strange is that?

31DC2014: Day 04 - Green

Hey all! It's day four of the 31DC2014, and since yesterday's nails took me so long, I opted to do something much easier today :)

Alright, alright, I know I'm late, but to be fair I worked from 8 am to 8 pm today and I haven't slept yet, so it's still September 3rd in my brain.

And now to the nails (because I'm ready for some sleep!)

31DC2014: Day 02 - Orange

So it looks like I'll probably be posting late this whole challenge. I got home around 5:30 today and just finished painting/photographing my nails, it's 9:16. Either way, it's still September 2 so I'm good to go :)

31DC2014: Day 01 - Red

Hello all! Long time, no posts.

Life has been super busy but I figured what would be a better time to start blogging again than with taking part in the 31 Day Challenge for a third year!

I don't have school this time around so my hope is to actually post every day this year on time, though I know I'm cutting it close with today's prompt.



Day one is red and the first thing that came to mind was..... BACON!

I really like how these turned out, just wish my topcoat wouldn't have smeared so much (hence the one photo, instead of my usual 2-3). I need to get more Seche Vite before tomorrow's prompt or I'm going to be pretty bummed. (Also my nails were the longest they've been in years up to this morning, even more of a bummed about that)

Tie-dye / Floral Mash Up

Hey all! Long time, no blogging. So much for that New Year's resolution! :(

Unfortunately, life has been pretty strange lately. My boyfriend of seven years and I broke up about three months ago or so and I haven't felt like painting my nails much. I have a few products that I need to review for the Born Pretty Store that I have been sitting on for longer than I'd like to admit. For the past month I've been painting my nails but haven't liked anything enough to blog about them. Luckily, I'm in love with today's nails, so I hope this is the end of the rut I've been in!
