31DC2014 Round Up

So proud that I can finally say I have completed the 31DC2014. Here is a collection of all the nails I've done during the challenge, and you can click on each image to bring you to the post for that specific day.












Looking back, I'm really pleased with every.single.day I did. In the past, my work has gotten sloppy towards the end because I was so focused on finishing on time, but this year, I decided quality was more important.

A few of my favorites are the octopus, the Alice in Wonderland pansies, and the Eric Carle inspired ones. What are some of your favorites?

31DC2014: Day 31 - Honor Nails You Love

I AM FINALLY DONE! And I am so glad it's over... went on much longer than I had intended, but that's okay. I finished, and that's always the end goal every year, so I'm happy.

I fully intend to finish the challenge today, so *hopefully* I stick to that.

Yes, I'm still chugging away at this challenge, slowly but surely! My hope was to be done by today at least, but after an extended shopping trip, I'm ready for bed.

An artist I've come to love is Jen Stark. Her sculpture work is just stunning and I would love to see one in person just to see all the layers.

Well the challenge technically ended yesterday, but I'm running a little bit behind. I did have these nails and the nails in the next post done before yesterday, but with my little niece turning one, I didn't get around to posting them.

Quick 4 am post! I have to say, I don't really follow the fashion world at all, so I went to the Vogue website for inspiration for this manicure.

It took me FOREVER to figure out what book to do. After much debate, I decided on Papa, Please Get The Moon For Me by Eric Carle.

Well my plan for doing three manicures yesterday definitely fell through, but I think if I had done these yesterday, they wouldn't have turned out so well!

Hello all! Here I am falling behind and playing catch-up as always. Today's manicure is based on the music video for the song Problem by Ariana Grande featuring Iggy Azalea.

For whatever reason, I always have a hard time with galaxy nails. It's kind of frustrating because everyone always says how easy and quick they are; however, I can never get them to look exactly how I want.

Second post for the day! Hopefully you'll be seeing two more by the end of the day.

I really like half moon manicures, but I very seldom do them. Today's nail art is a nice palette cleanser for the bright and colorful nail art that I have been doing throughout this challenge.

So I'm super behind and I'm blaming it all on Day 15. It took me days to figure out what I wanted to do and then once I did, it still didn't turn out exactly how I had hoped.
